"The Voice" drops 12 percent to a cycle low for performance shows

CBS's "2 Broke Girls" and "How I Met Your Mother" received ratings bumps with their season finales Monday night, while NBC's "The Voice" dropped to its lowest ratings for a performance show this cycle.

However, it still took the night's top ratings, boosting the network to a win in the key demographic, according to preliminary numbers.

NBC drew first place in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic with a 3.1 rating/9 share and second in total viewers with 9.3 million. "The Voice" at 8 p.m.
